HOW TO INVEST
With our agent, discuss & define your investment objectives, create an individualized plan with or without a mortgage, review specific rental properties opportunities.
Mortgage Qualification (if needed)
With our mortgage manager, get pre-approved for a mortgage.
Sign a purchase contract, set expected "closing date” and submit a deposit.
Transfer of Ownership (“closing”)
After proper legal preparations by local attorney, closing date is set. Funds from you and mortgage lender will be sent to attorney. At closing date, ownership will transfer to you.
Property management company advertises to find suitable tenants, qualifies applicants and places a quality tenant in your rental property. You will receive monthly reports and distributions to your bank account.
